Antonina Shevchenko is an Kyrgyzstani and Peruvian Muay Thai MMA fighter as well as a mixed martial artist who is currently fighting at flyweight in the UFC. Valentina is her younger sister and a fellow UFC participant. Antonina Shevchenko started her combat sports journey as an Muay Thai kickboxer. She left the promotion in 2018 and joined Dana White's Contender Series in 2018. Shevchenko took on Jaimelene Nievera as part of Dana White's Tuesday Night Contender Series.
